We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Include your order number or confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include:

Lingerie or intimate apparel
Clearance or final sale products
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.
If your item arrived damaged or faulty, contact us for a full refund, including shipping.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original and place a new order.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, our fulfillment process begins and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
